Our History
BB Campers inadvertently started when Brady was in high school and fell in love with Kombi vans. He saved and purchased his first Kombi named Sherley at just 16 and had many adventures in her, albeit at a slow pace.
After finishing year 12, Brady took a gap year and in the second half of the year traveled up the east coast of Australia and spent 4 months exploring the areas around Byron Bay before returning to Ballarat.
Sherley unfortunately had serious engine issues not long after returning and with Brady now attending university could not afford to repair her and decided to sell. After the sale Brady purchased a new Toyota Hiace and this would be the first van he converted. After converting another few vans for Ballarat locals and hearing of the ease of hiring out campervans and caravans with Camplify, Brady decided he was going to officially start BB Campers.
After purchasing a 2002 Toyota Hiace Commuter in early 2021 from a church in Melbourne, Brady began converting the van and completed it for an official launch in November of the very same year.

Do I have to go through Camplify? Can I pay directly?
All bookings need to go through Camplify so that you are fully covered by Camplify’s Insurance policies.
What are the pick up and drop off times?
6:00AM – 6:00PM Pick-ups and drop-offs outside these times may be available
What is the minimum booking period?
2 days minimum booking for campervans 3 days for caravans
Can I opt in for a delivery and set up service?
We can deliver or set up our campervans at your location at a cost of $2 per kilometre or $5 for caravans from our location in Ballarat or can even meet you halfway.
